Before her time at MCS, Shery gained a wealth of experience that prepared her for the dynamic demands of the manufacturing world. At Cannondale, she took on leadership roles, overseeing CNC plasma operations, skidding parts for shipping, and fabricating materials. Her commitment to teamwork and precision was evident in every task she undertook.

Shery’s career journey also highlights her versatility. She served as Assistant Manager at Bracken Ridge Veterinary Clinic, where she managed daily operations, coordinated schedules, and led a team of employees—all while nurturing her unique love for animals. Additionally, she has experience managing a Payless Car Rental facility, showcasing her knack for organization and customer service.

Shery’s strong work ethic dates back to her high school years, where she juggled multiple jobs in grocery stores, fast food, and gas stations, laying the foundation for her exceptional career.
